Always on Facebook, sometimes on other pages, and I Dont have more than 3 apps open at a time, Windows 10 and it freezes and comes up 'Firefox not responding' This is getting VERY frustrating. never had this problem before. Help!!

There were some recent improvements that has improved facebook experience, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1374797 . So my suggestion would be to update to Firefox 55 which has this fix.
