My Zynga game messes up a lot since the upgrade. Can you help?

When I play the game, windows pop up when I click on a quest to show what is needed for the quest. Frequently, the window only partially loads and I have to log out and reload the game. I used to play on Waterfox but that won't even load now. All this has happened since the last upgrade.
