Manually copy the link, then paste it in a new window/tab.

What is your e-mail provider? How are you accessing the e-mail? Browser, e-mail program?

Have you tried using another computer?

Hi, Thanks for that. I have tried copy and pasting which is ok when the link is there in full but usually it's a case of 'click here' or similar and then it doesn't work. I'm using mail.com and access it via firefox / search. I haven't tried another computer because I don't have another one and I assume it's a problem with my computer that I want to try and sort out. Thanks again for your suggestions.

Right click on the 'link' and select Copy Link. After you paste it to the browser, check that it looks okay.
