Some one has hacked my email, how do I stop them?
I keep getting multiple emails from my account, I presume they are using my email to contact others

I get a lot of messages, over time, that say that they are from me. Inspection of the message source almost always reveals that someone else sent them.
First check: do any of these appear in your "Sent" folder?
Second check: if you get one of these messages, use ctrl+u to see its "source". There will be a lot of technical jargon stuff, but look for the "From:". It will often have your name but someone else's email address. This item is fairly easy to falsify, so a spammer can insert stolen addresses. He won't put his own there.
