Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Many thanks for you help I have already run AVG Superantispware Malwarebyetes Spybot CC Cleaner & Root scn Kaspersky and no luck and reset Firefox Obviously I cant use windowers explorer scanner lol.

It may be the program is not malware. please use the bing search I posted.
