I using window.close() but not working without enable "dom.allow_scripts_to_close_windows", i tried to use netscape.security.PrivilegeManager.enablePrivilege("UniversalBrowserWrite"); but the issue not solved.

That is how this pref works. If set to false then you can't close the window via JavaScript.
