If you are viewing a pdf whether in Firefox itself, with a plugin, or with an external program there is almost always an option to save the file being viewed.

There are also addons avilable to enable saving of webpages as .pdf files

If you are viewing a pdf whether in Firefox itself, with a plugin, or with an external program there is almost always an option to save the file being viewed.
