You can't delay Add-ons startup, they will start up when Firefox starts up. Using add-ons brings with it the risk that it will slow down Firefox or bring other performance issues. Either reduce the number of add-ons that you have installed, or find alternatives that don't reduce performance.

If you have a lot of extension then you can consider to use multiple profiles and only install the extensions in the main profile that you really need.

See:

You can add -no-remote to the command line to open another Firefox instance with its own profile and run multiple Firefox instances simultaneously.

Is that an ad blocker. Disable it to make sure it is the cause of the problem. You could also try other blocking add-ons.

Have you tried contacting Adgaurd support?

Yes it is an Ad blocker & eats less system resource as compared to Ad block plus. See the link -> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adguard-adblocker/
