How can I configure Thunderbird to open in a minimised state when I boot up?

Mozilla Thunderbird no longer opens in a minimised state. I have just updated to V 31.0, running 64 bit Windows 7. Previously on booting up, Thunderbird would flash up full screen and then minimise to leave Events and Tasks running but now I have to minimise it manually. I cannot remember where the setting is to reconfigure it. Can you help please?
