The Release Candidate build2 of 30.0 is found in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/candidates/30.0-candidates/

The Firefox 30.0 will be released on June 10 if all goes well.

And I agree on the beta download page and the ftp I see 30.0b9 offered
