I'd like to subscribe and pay for Mozilla VPN on a PC and Android phone, but, don't want to initiate and pay for the subscription via Google Play. I'd rather manage the subscription for the service via a browser based interface on a PC, but, it seems like this is not currently possible. Is that the case?

I see someone else has already asked similary: Mozilla VPN availability on F-Droid would also be a plus.

I would like to request a refund for my recent Mozilla VPN subscription renewal. The subscription was renewed automatically just now, but I no longer use the VPN and did not intend to continue the subscription.

I have not used the service since the renewal. Please cancel my subscription and refund the latest charge to my original payment method.

In the past weeks Mozilla VPN is not working in Italy. As of today, I cannot connect to any of Mozilla VPN servers. Everything fails, ping is stuck. I am connecting via Vodafone Italy as my ISP.

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?

I know my username and my password. I don't have my phone I used for verification or any access to my recovery methods I do know when I made this account, not the exact date but I can give a time frame. Please help me, I've been trying so hard with no luck.

Won’t let me sign in says I’m using os 18.7 I’m not and at one point was shared with n unknown device and now Knox is installed not me doing and fire fix was installed not me so yesterday I officially put it on MY PHONE n now icant use it cause someone else is using it too with my phone credentials. Wtf

i accepted a free trial for vpn. I do not want to be charged for vpn. i dont find vpn usefull. websites dont allow access when Im using vpn. do not add to my account.
