New addons on Firefox become blank on restarting the browser.

They return when I manually disable and enable them once.

How to fix this? Doesn't happen to older addons.

I looked for a way to remove apple maps from being the default Map when I search using Firefox on windows 10. Its not helpful since half of the info isnt listed and I would like google maps instead like it had always been.

I have firefox for browser and when I open my browser to google. In website has google I type and go's to the top of firefox browser instead google search engine. Please help I want to search in the google search engine. Not firefox browser search engine. Thank you

I had to reinstall Windows 10. Then I re -install the Mozilla browser and windows taskbar won't pop up over Mozilla. I found bug fixes I did but didn't help.

I am using Tor nowadays because I get a trojan horse or other possible threats, every time using Firefox. I use ClamTk on my HP computer with Linux Mint 21.1 installed.

These are the 3 files that usually turn up after a full scan with ClamTk:

Mozilla Firefox PUA.Win.Trojan.Xored-1 Mozilla Firefox PUA.Html.Exploit.CVE_2012_ Mozilla Firefox PUA.win.Exploit.CVE_2012_none

I found out when my website turned out to be hacked, so I installed the ClamTk virus scanner.

I am trying to have a biometric authorization with touch ID on Mac, and it says on the website that the option should pop up when i go to the password settings, but it doesn't, and I don't know how to do it otherwise, or if I should use an extension for example. i keep typing my issue that i want help with and you keep bringing me back to this page but offer no resolution to my issue. i simply want to know how to RESOLVE the data breaches thta firefox found . when i click on the link RESOLVE DATA BREACHES and it asks me for the email concerned and then says i need to log in to my firefox account. it simply repeats that it found 4 data breaches in one of my emails. but does not give directions of HOW to remove./resolve these breaches. so i am still left with the four data breaches. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I SHOULD RESOLVE THE DATA BREACH ISSUE.

I recently purchased a Sandisk Ultra Flair flash drive because I wanted to password protect some files. The flash drive requires me to download the Private Access software from the Western Digital web site. When I try to do this the Mozilla browser states "Malicious Download Detected" and cancels the download. Does anyone have any suggestions? I went to the Privacy and Security part of Settings, and unchecked the Deceptive Content setting, but Firefox still would not let me download the software. Perhaps the change to the setting I tried did not register in Settings, but here I am asking for your help. Thanks.

Today, out of the blue, my email screen adjusted itself to be very, very tiny. I almost need a magnifier to read it! I cannot find how to put it back to normal!

I use private browsing mode exclusively. For years I've used Tools > Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Data > Clear > Clear Now to clear the history, cache, cookies and so on during a session without having to close the browser, or so I thought. However, yesterday I ran into a situation (dealing with tech support for software) where it became painfully obvious that that process was NOT clearing out the history. So, a couple of questions:

1. Why, why, does it take 6 clicks to do that, instead of, say, just one click on a button on the toolbar?

2. Why didn't that clear out everything?

3. Where can I look to see whether all that stuff is cleared?

I have cleared the cache, cookies and history. I can use Google Chrome just fine, but do not want to. They only way that I can get to any website is via Troubleshooting Mode. This is getting quite frustrating. I see that others are having the same problem. I use the Standard for browsing. This has been going on for a couple weeks. At first, I tried to get it to work by changing to No Proxy, it was working. Then it did not. I have read through what others are going through and they seem to have the same problem. There has to be some way to fix this. I even ran a complete virus scan that takes up to 10 minutes, and it did not find an issue, so I think this is a major bug on the Moz://a side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You guys are the best!! Thank you.

My bank has recently switched the position of 'online' and 'bank name' in its login URL. How can I delete all history for the old URLs (e.g. Bankname*) without deleting history for all non-bank-related URLs?

Hi, i have problem with uninstalling uBlock Origin i cant remove them from extension tab. I tried refreshing firefox, reinstalling, opening firefox with troubleshoot mode and still nothing i dont know why is so difficult.Even when i reinstalling firefox this addon onstalling by itself even when im not logged in.Please help me. like the subject says the video on disney plus is very choppy/blurry/not 4k like it should be can u guys look into it? the video is blocky and blurry on firefox but not on chrome for some reason and id like to fix it soon

Over the last five hours, I have gotten 27 emails from Firefox Monitor for this data breach, for the same email address. I have already marked the breach as resolved in Monitor but I keep getting emails. Is there anything I can do about it?
