I was referred back to you for help by Google and told it was a listing for “motivations/notifications” and could be “shut off.” I could not even find a listing for “motivations” among the Firefox listings. I would appreciate your help in finding a way to block this number on the Google Calendar tag. Thanks.'

I've suddenly started getting continuous pop-up notifications warning of a virus, a trojan virus, system alert, etc. Some mention McAfee (I use Total AV and have run scans and it says there are no problems). THese bitufucatuibs sat they are coming from Firefox. They are just constant and even when I delete them they just keep coming. What's going on?

I bought a new hp notepad and McAfee keeps popping up. I followed the instructions on internet to no avail. Please help my new notebook is useless to me with mcfee popups

since making Firefox my default browser I keep getting "google chrome is not your default browser" how do I get rid of it? I have been trying. But google advice keeps making Chrome my browser. If cannot get rid of it I will just have to make Chrome my browser again.

I do not understand what is meant by the address bar in the info about stopping the Passkey notice in Firefox. I tried typing in the line where the description of the webpage is located with no success. This line: (.https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox/form).

I just had a firefox tab with a pop up asking me to try ai features... my options were "yes" or "maybe later". How do I stop the slop sales? I want ZERO pop ups... from Mozilla or anyone else! I didnt see settings that would disable mozilla sales pop ups - is there some way to turn these off permanently? I have already turned off the ai features. Really appreciate any suggestions!

I once signed up for a stock service, which included a daily popup. When I found I did not need/want it, I discontinued the service and deleted all of the related files. But the daily popup still remains and occurs. When I contacted the service they said it was something still attached to the browser but could not tell me how to find it or remove it. I have looked at everything I could think of but cannot find any reference to 'Weiss' (service name) or any name anywhere within Firefox. What am I missing? Many thanks Jim Bigger

Roughly every two weeks, when accessing gmail, I get this popup in the upper right of the screen. I have tried clicking dismiss, I have tried the dropdown to "see fewer hints", neither thing makes any difference. Please stop interrupting me to tell me about this feature - I am very happy with my current method of accessing my email.

Is there any way to disable this notification, forever?

I'm being bombarded by FireFox regarding "Dangerous Files" Downloaded, and I cant find a way to turn them off! I have Malewarebytes installed and I don't need nor desire for FireFox and a number of your PAID advertisers like McAfee, to be involved in my on-line protection. I'm on windows 10 in EU with the free extended support. Everytime I open a new tab a banner appears asking me to enable backup to prepare for windows 11. I DON'T want to enable backup. I clicked dismiss but it keeps showing up all the time, it's incredibly annoying.

When I sign in to Firefox it puts a message up saying Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 10 and telling me to backup my info to get ready for Windows 11. I'm not planning to get Windows 11 as my PC won't support it. Should I ignore this message?

i have a lenovo windows 10 desktop media centre. every time i launch firefox on it is will ask me if i want firefox to start at startup, which i do not want. i have selected no on the push notification, and selected no in the settings yet the next time i open firefox it asks again, it is very annoying and has only been doing so for about 2 weeks
