How do I get help if the community does not respond??

I've asked for help several times, but have had no responses. Everything appears in English in Firefox, as I would hope - except my bookmarks. I have tried all the settings, and all of the resets, and have even deleted the app and replaced it on my Macbook Pro. Nothing changes.

When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. If I 'Allow' Google in the 'Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data' then I do not get the message, but it takes several seconds for Google display the resulting page. However, if I delete the cookies/cache the message will return and I have to redo the reCAPTCHA. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 147.0 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

I am unable to open my profile on Firefox. I am using desktop and windows 11. I am typing this question on DuckDuckGo browser because I was unable to go in. It will not let me search, open new tabs, refuse to open new tabs and even to click on settings. I also tried to delete it in an attempt to log in again but it won't even let me delete it. The image I shared is all I see. No bookmarks, shortcuts, ways to do settings and other things. Thank you!

After updating to Firefox 147 from 146, it seems that some areas in page rendering are becoming corrupted.

Using the attached example from https://soundcloud.com/solarstone/tracks, it is possible to see a corrupted song bar. In the other song, where the full bar chart should also appear, there is a black area, which seems like a different kind of corruption where the content is simply not being displayed.

This did not happen in version 146.

Is there anything I can do, or any information I can provide, to help debug this issue?

Version 146.01 has me discombobulated.no shortcuts to add on anymore.can I have the previous version with my shortcuts?

I'm a Mac user on desktop. Something happened to my Firefox about two weeks ago. I was able to bring up Firefox which had all my bookmarks, passwords, etc. What is different is that I can not bring up Firefox by hitting the icon in the dock. If Firefox is already up and I hit he icon, it will jump to the front. But not if it is sitting in the dock.

I set up a new Group with 14 tabs. From my main page I open the Group in a new window, peruse the 14 tabs, then save and close the Group. If I re-open the Group in a new window during he same main session, the Group opens in a new window perfectly. If I shut down the computer and re-open my main page a day later, AND then open the Group in a new window, one of the Group tabs opens in the main window and 13 open in the Group window. I then re-add the open tab from the main window to the open Group window. Again, I get the same behavior with all 14 tabs opening in the Group window during the same session, but only 13 in the Group window if I shut sown the computer and re-open a day later. Anyone have a solution??

When I first open Firefox I have noticed the past few days that if I try to click on anything on the menu bar right away I get a not responding error message and I have to end up shutting the program down. If I wait a few minutes the menu bar does work normally.

I'm afraid I picked up malware despite Sophos due to this message upon routine searches, e.g. "Where's the nearest pet store". It's preceded by the reCaptcha request to check the box stating I'm not a robot.

I'm on a Mac using Mac OS Big Sur, 11.7.10.

Videos will not play on Firefox, whether on Youtube, in social media, on websites, or whatever. Sometimes the video will play with no audio, sometimes I just getting a rolling wheel.

I have other functionality issues that may be related.

I don't want to close and restart all the time. I am considering changing to a new default browser over the issue.

If I switch to Chrome or Safari, the videos play fine. Which seems like my answer.

I only have one profile, the default one , I clicked something ; Firefox closed and when I opened it again I had to create a profile again , and everything I had, bookmarks history, was lost . How can I recover it , or go back to the first default profile, why is it even possible to exit firefox in any way and not be able to go back where you were.
