When I press continue it logs me in for the vpn then it like resets and it doesnt say turn on it just says get started again.

Tell me how do I use the VPN I looked on the help section and its the step where after you log in you turn it on but when i press log in it logs me in but then it restarts to the get started page so i cant reach the turn on page etc.
