Mover hosting companies on new site

I changed my hosting company as I created a new website. It looks like my email is no longer working after the site was moved over.

Please contact your webhosting administrator.
My hosting company asked me to contact you; not sure why but they didn’t know what else they were supposed to do after moving the site over to a new host.
Is there something specific they need to do on their end?
your hosting company must help regarding this. firefox is a web browser. nothing to do with your email.
