Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech :

Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :

Uninstall any Bittorrent apps, uninstall cracked programs and delete cracks then Post in only 1 forum, then wait. Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

not an issue with a scanner, sorry.

this isn't malware. this has been an issue since the day I took the computer out of the box. also, this only happens in Firefox. Chrome works fine.

i don't torrent or use pirated software at all. not worth the trouble if i get caught by feds or my employers.

So give a site that it happens and others can see if that is site or computer related problem?

What is that, Klingon??

When this occurs, could you check:

(menu bar, tap Alt to activate if hidden) View > Text Encoding

to see whether Firefox is treating the page as something other than "Unicode" or "Western"? (The item will be grayed out on pages like this where nothing interesting is happening.)

Or another thing to check would be any non-default font settings listed here:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste font and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Click the "Status" column heading to sort any "modified" preferences to the top (or possibly to the bottom, in which case, click again to reverse the order)

Do you see any custom font assignments here? To force a font preference back to default, you can use right-click > Reset on it.

If a customized setting returns in your next session, you might check for a user.js file as described in this article: How to fix preferences that won't save.
