Firefox automatically backs up bookmarks daily, so those can be recovered quite easily.

As far as "settings" - no such backups are made. If you explained that a bit maybe someone will have an idea.

As far as Google account backups; specifically what do have set to be backed up? f it has nothing to do with Firefox if won't be helpful.
