I am unable to connect to the internet through my Wi-fi. Every site I try to visit gives me the following error: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER When I try to sign into, sync my info or create my account with Mozilla I get a page saying I am not connected the internet. I have tried to resolve the problem in the advanced area and have had no luck. Please help me. Thanks Rita

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

In case you're using ESET security software, please try to disable and re-enable SSL/TLS protocol filtering or generally disable the interception of secure connections as described in ESET’s support article: http://support.eset.com/kb3126/
