Bookmarks, History, Downloads are all gone missing. Can't restore them, tried failed. Been using Firefox since Netscape Navigator, Don't want to change browsers. Can bookmarks, history, downloads come back or do I have to change browsers because this small problem. thanks [edited email from public]

Whenever I turn off or restart my computer, my browser settings are reverted and do not save any updates I make to them. I have tried refreshing the data, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. No matter what I do, the settings do not save. How can I fix this?

Every time I open Firefox it say that it is not my default browser in Windows 7. This just started the other day after I changed my video card. I say make it my default and it says now default. Yet setting says it is not and will change to making it my default browser. I reloaded the latest 64 bit to be sure and this still happens.

Can anyone tell me how I can make Firefox my default browser permanently?

Hi! Why I lost the customize button on my Firefox's home page? This happened after the last Firefox upgrade.

clicking arrow on screen elicits unwanted drop down list instead of option on screen. I have to restart computer to eliminate this error. Please tell me how to correct this problem. thx!
