I have been using the INBOX that is under my email address. This worked for years except one time before when the same thing happened where the messages are from years ago. I have to go further down to use ALLMAIL to get the current messages. The INBOX shows "3" while the ALLMAIL shows 5,626.

So, the INPUT is not current as before but old messages. How do I fix this?

Sending of a message failed because the Outgoing server (SMTP) send@xtra.co.nz failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections.' This has happened irregularly over the last 2 months or so, even with a complete shutdown of all devices, power off and restarts. This is occurring in New Zealand. I have tried the suggestions from the web a few times, they have not helped

family and friends, communities sending info directions to my Inbox and I'm not receiving these emails. We always compare if I gave them the right email address. I need help to correct the problem.

I have recently not been able to send outgoing email through thunderbird. I can send and receive and send on my regular email service but not through thunderbird. I can receive but not send on thunderbird

My current Gmail account doesn't work, so I opened a 2nd Gmail account, now I want to delete the one which isn't working well, because it doesn't have a Posteingang

I changed Google accounts from mine to my husband's so that I could find a certain email. Finished and signed back into my Google account. Shut everything and went to my Thunderbird. My entire inbox of emails for my gmail account were not there. Why would I lost those if I was not dealing with Thunderbird, but Google online?? Google online only shows those emails that I haven't downloaded to Thunderbird. Google online did not show my current gmail Thunderbird Inbox, yet it's gone from Thunderbird. I'm sick about it... prescious emails lost. Is there any way to retrieve my Inbox?

i used to have several folders, all mail, sent mail, drafts etc as subfolders under [gmail] but they have disappeared in my acwentz5@gmail.com account. i have another separate account acwentz@gmail.com and those folders are still there. also, on my iphone, both accounts have those folders. so, where are those folders on my desktop acwentz5@gmail.com account???
