cant upgrade need phone number to call, walk me threw
need to up grade java, fox fire out of date, will not run when i hit down load and install manually. what window in what top corner, nothing says allow

hello shelkyshelties, mozilla doesn't provide phone support. the easiest way to upgrade firefox in your case is probably to download the current setup file from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/ and installing it on top of your current installation (this will preserve all your bookmarks and other customizations).
I see you have Firefox 12.0 on Windows XP.
If you are not able to install and run the more current versions of Firefox then it may be because you only have Windows XP stock or only with Service Pack 1.
As of Firefox 13.0 and newer (including current 27.0.1) one needs at minimum WinXP with Service Pack 2 (there is also SP3).
