Hello,

You may have the Ask.com toolbar accidentally installed. If this is the case, see this article for a solution: Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page Be sure to run the SearchReset Add-on step.

You can use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).

Thank you both for your assistance. I believe it had to have been installed with a download. I do keep an eye on all of my downloads, but these companies keep making more and more deals to profit off us.
