How do I load Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3.3 through Firefox? I am getting an error message that then does not allow me to download Adobe.

I have a new computer with Windows 7 recently installed. I used Firefox 3.6 as my web browser. When I go to download Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3.3 through Firefox I get an abort message. How to bypass? I've tried the same with Internet Explorer and the same abort message occurs.
