Playback in background doesn't work, & media player not visible on lockscreen.

I am using Android 15 on Nokia. When I switch tabs, the media playback on YouTube stops. The playback also stops when I lock the screen, even though I am on the YouTube tab. Also, the media player doesn't show on the screen most of the times. Even if it shows, pressing the play button doesn't play the media. Tried all solutions on the internet, with all settings in place. Only this add-on helped https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/playback-helper-youtube-vimeo/ I was hoping there will be a native fix, than an add-on.
