Firefox will not open. It has crashed and will not reopen. I want to download it to a flash drive from another computer. Can I?
I am emailing from another computer. Firefox will not open. I continue to receive a message "The application quit unexpectedly." Also, the fire-earth icon for the application has changed to a notepad with a pen and brush. I have shut-down the computer several times. Firefox was the ONLY browser insalled. I'm wondering if I can download firefox for mac on a pc and save the app to a flash drive and reinstall it on the mac?

You can try starting Firefox in Safe mode. I'm not sure how to do it on Mac OS X, but in the Terminal, you can try to type "firefox --safe-mode" and see if that'll work.
