I updated Firefox and all my Bookmaks as well as the Toolbar have gone, I had some very important bookmarks. I have tried the advice on your site but the 'places sqlite' folder won't open.

My whole toolbar has disappeared, the Bookmark button has gone along with all the Bookmarks. i followed the instructions on your website help page but the 'places sqlite' folder will not open. I'm desperate to get my bookmarks back.
