Download the installer with another computer, SAVE to hard drive, burn to CD or transfer to USB/thumb drive, transport to other computer, install. Or, if you have another browser on the new system, download installer, SAVE to hard drive, install.

Latest Firefox version, just choose language and OS: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
