How to add or delete entries in 102.3.1 address book Mailing Lists? Apparently no longer an option?

Since the "upgrade" the ability to add and delete names from mailing lists in the address book seemingly has vanished. Please tell me how to do it, or if it can't be done, please bring back this functionality. I am using a PC and Windows 10. Separate issue: the program constantly freezes and takes forever to open. I've used Thunderbird for many years and always loved it. Still using it for now, but it's wasting a lot of my time waiting for the program to respond. Thank you in advance for your help.

I just now figured out how to edit the Mailing Lists: Right click and select Properties. An Edit window pops up. Totally counterintuitive, so will document this for future reference! I really miss the old reliable, easy to use Thunderbird.
