Is there a way to take an e-mail (Christmas letter) and send it separately to several different recipients so appropriate comments can be added depending on the recipient? I realize I can do it all manually; just looking for any shortcuts that might be available. Thanks

Chosen solution

You can use Word's MailMerge to send emails to many individuals. That may be less technical. Try it and see.

Consider making a template, or sending one and then right-clicking on the sent message, Edit Message As New.

Thank you to smorele and sfhowes. The mail merge is a wee bit technical for an old dog but thanks. I thought about the template option and modifying the sent e-mail with the new recipient. I eventually drafted several individual e-mails with the common content plus additions. Thank you again.

Thank you Merry-Widow. The problem is resolved for now but will keep MailMerge in mind for future.
