When I download Word docs on a site I use often for work, the doc opens in Word just fine. The problem is that the website I was using changes to a blank tab. The "back" button disappears. I need that site that I downloaded from to remain open. On the "tabs" menu under Mozilla options, I have tried clicking [Open new windows in a new tab instead] both ways, to no avail.
