Hi,

I'm not sure what is going on but every few days I have duplicate emails downloading into my inbox and dont know what or how they are appearing and is affecting my ability to organise my workload.

Is this a hotmail/Live/MSN/outlook account (or one from the ISPs that use Microsoft's services for email, like Australia's Bigpond)

If so their POP service is really poor and you need to use the web interface to make the site actually delete mails from the server when Client tell them to instead of moving them to a folder (which causes duplicates to download because it is very very slow 10 minutes or more I have timed it at)
