I cannot get the Comcast Tool Bar to install and work.

I have downloaded and installed this tool bar several times. It shows as being successfully installed and shows and works on Internet Explorer. When I check my add-ons it shows as being active but does not show on the home screen. I have removed it,restated the firefox, restarted the system. It is a very handy tool bar and I am at a loss.

Chosen solution

From what I read at the Comcast support forum last week, that Comcast Toolbar hasn't been updated for Firefox 31 yet.

Thank you for the answer. Funny how Comcast tech reps don't seem to know that. It will probably save what is left of my sanity.
