After V25.0.1, calendar input not working. Manual input works

more options

With 25.0.1 installed, my internet credit card application no longer accepts a date from a graphic calendar. Normal input provides a calendar that I can simply select the date in setting up a date range. However after 25.0.1 (Firefox), the graphic calendar is provided but I cannot click on a date of my choosing. The manual date input process works fine and is my work around.

This happened immediately after I installed release 25.0.1. I do not know how to install a previous release or would have tried that to prove the release as the problem.

Chosen solution

My apologies. I ran the process using IE11 and the problem exists there as well. I apologize for taking up support resources and not doing a better job verifying that Firefox was not the issue.

This is not a Firefox or browser issue. The problem appears to be the application. Thanks for the support!

Does the page that you are attempting to view use HTML5 elements?

Firefox still contains various compatibility issue with HTML5 because it is still a new coding language.
The developers have been improving the HTML5 compatibility with new releases, but it has not been perfected yet.

You can test what Firefox supports by taking the HTML5 Test.
