To test whether the problem is caching, can you add a throwaway parameter to the URL that changes each time (e.g., a counter or current time)?

Thanks a lot for the quick response. I tried as per your info. & now I am getting changed response without any issue for each request. I am surprised how it got solved. May be some problem with web app itself.
