I am virtualizing Firefox 10.0.4 ESR with Microsoft AppV for our organization, as part of our requirements for this application the Firefox profile needs to be configured and included in the virtualized package.

When attempting to launch the virtualized Firefox application with AppV on the end user's desktop it works just as intended - provided the user's Active Directory username length is 8 characters or less.

If the user's Active Directory username length is greater than 8 characters Firefox will instead present the error message: "Could not initialize the application's security component. The most likely cause is the problems with files in your application's profile directory. Please check that this directory has no read/write restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full. It is recommended that you exit the application and fix the problem. If you continue to use this session, you might see incorrect application behaviour when accessing security features."

If anyone could provide insight as to why this is happening it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
