Wrench missing in FF8.0.1

I have FF8.0.1 (not CHROME which I consider a dog) and I am SURE that on the FF toolbar I had the 'wrench' icon. It would seem to have disappeared.

Nope, no wrench icon in Firefox. Hit the Alt key to see the Menu Bar and the Tools menu item.
