Someone please come up with an answer for this one. Having this issue since Monday, Oct 10. I have cleared every cache including Firefox browser, Java, all other browsers, and even the Flash cache. I've been trying to address with Pogo support since Monday and they are freaking clueless. Can't imagine what is causing this. The frame I believe they are talking about has to do with and secondary window that pops up when playing the games of which there are many. This inhibits posting of your scores and challenging friends to beat your scores. I'm using FF 8(beta). I am using Flash 11.0 64-bit version and Java latest version.

I'm happy to find out I'm not alone, you would think that Firefox or Pogo would come up with a solution to this problem. I just might "unlike" Pogo on FB if they don't come up with a solution soon.

Only Pogo knows what the hell frame the error is referring to and what the hell is XD. Maybe if I knew what that was referring to it would give me a clue to a fix. I know what a frame is but how that frame is embedded in the page is Pogo bailwick.

I have tried so many things including eliminating add-ons/plug-ins. Can't figure this one out and Pogo has been so useless. They have a front line of support that knows about as much as my 75 year old Mom when it comes to technical computer issues. No phone support so I could maybe speak to a developer or some higher level tech person. Email and online chat support only with the clueless. It's not the browser because I have had 8 since last week, this started on Monday. It can't be the flash or Java as I have had the current versions for quite a while. It's not firewall or anti-virus or pop-up blocker. FYI for those maybe not aware, flash 11.0 is available and it's the first true 64-bit flash, same with Java. Search both they are there although they are not on the front page of Java or Flash downloads. Back to the issue, I'm stumped.

Guess we have to live with this until some genius at Pogo actually tried to solve this problem. If I manage to figure it out I'll let you know, In the meantime thanks for the tips on Java and Flash.

Can't believe no solution to this yet. I eliminated it being a cookie issue. My wife and I have 100% identical machines down to the very last file practically yet she does not get this error. So I took all of her Pogo cookies and replaced mine with hers thinking it's cookie issue. Still no change and that endeavor took a while.

PROBLEM SOLVED !!! Go to your Facebook settings and disable secure browsing so when you log into Pogo Games it wil be HTTP instead of HTTPS. So far 3 people I know have tried this and it fixed them all.
