I want to switch from Opera to Firefox, do you have a feature like Opera notes that allows you to easily organize and paste large bodies of text where your cursor is by double clicking on them?

I am an online professor and have been using Opera notes to grade. I say the same things over and over on my feedback so I've organized into folders by assignment. To populate the feedback text box all I have to do is put my cursor where I want it and double click on the operanote, which appears in a side menu. The large body of text is populated and voilá, I saved my neck, shoulders and wrists from lots of pain. About 1000 other teachers, like me, are needing the same thing from Firefox because our new grading system does not support Opera....only Firefox. Please help!
