I don't know the feature you mention in Safari, but why would you want to do that? Since the bookmarks toolbar is at the top of the screen you'd get the same bookmarks twice. I must be missing something. Or do you mean have ''all'' your bookmarks as your homepage. (Though I can't see why you'd do that either.) What's the purpose. Maybe there is an add-on that does it. Most good features of other browsers appear as add-ons.
