From time to time, Firefox may have to block certain websites for security reasons. One reason why a certain website may not load could also be due to the area you live in - it is not possible to visit every website everywhere in the world. I assume that you have already tried reloading the page a few times, but if the website is any risk Firefox will block it. I am terribly sorry that I could not help you.
