Do I need a Mozilla Support account to get direct help from Mozilla instead of posting a question to the community which didn't resolve my issue?

I'm receiving this error for multiple websites, Macy's is one of them that I can't consistently access. The error message in the subject line and different reference codes appear. I've attempted to use the solution provided in the Help but it doesn't work. This has been an ongoing issue for other websites as well so I have been forced to use Chrome or Edge, which are not my preference. Nothing in the Help or Contributor resolves the issue either. I see the resolution but it didn't work for me.

Please help me resolve this problem because it happens randomly to specific sites. I don't remember them all but I know Macys is consistently blocked.

Thank you

That message is generated by the site's perimeter security, such as a Web Application Firewall. It considers your connection attempt suspicious for some reason. It could be because there has been bot traffic from your IP address recently, or that some parameters of your request are unusual and do not match the normal profile of the site's users.

Some possible issues to consider:

(A) If you are using a VPN when accessing these sites, try without the VPN.

(B) If you have customized any private preferences that affect browser requests -- for example, modifying your "user agent" or referring site header -- you may need to undo those changes

(C) If you have Firefox set not to accept ANY cookies, that also could be a problem for some sites

P.S. This is the official support channel.
