After installing and signing in, I get a message that says, "Sign-in Successful" but I also get a never ending spinning message that says "waiting for sign in and subscription confirmation," and the VPN does not work. I'm operating a MacBook Pro with the latest operating system.

Are you referring to Mozilla VPN or to Firefox Private Network ?
