How do I clear the cache without clearing the cookies and history?

Using Firefox v.83 (64-bit), Windows 10 How do I clear the cache without clearing the cookies and history?

Chosen solution

Ok, I figured it out. To clear the cache without clearing cookies and history:

1. Click on Tools. 2. Select Options from the drop-down menu. 3. Click on Privacy and Security in the left-hand pane. 4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data in the right-hand pane. 5. Click on the Clear Data button. 6. Uncheck the box next to "Cookies and Site Data." 7. The "Cached Web Content" box should already be selected. 8. Click on the Clear button.

Anyone know of an extension/add-on that enables one-click clearing of the cache?
