All of a sudden (When did it stop working? - I do not know) I can not any longer connect to Twitter from a email notification. The error message tells me "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page."

I have been unable to figure a solution.
