Safeweb and Safesearch both working fine before a refresh undertaken. Norton Account on their website shows that both are installed but only Safeweb is now listed as an Add-on and does not function when searching. Can anybody suggest what to try to sort this out please. The search box no longer shows the yellow safeweb icon and results are from Google. The Norton Safeweb icon is on the task bar so I am really in the dark as to why the add-ons are not working as before.
