How to install 60.0.2 in windows 10 64 bit?

Firefox 58.0 and 60.0.2 are not allowing their installation in 64 bit windows 10. Nor any earlier version of 72.0 is being allowed. Either of 58 or 60 is necessary because both of them allowed to install add-on like ANT VIDEO DOWNLOADER and IDM 6.32. Anybody please help.
