I have run into certain sites where certain links will not work. Sears' Parts Lookup, for example - https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/917276360/0247/1509200.html

When I click on one of the diagrams (for example "Electrical") it switches to that section, but it just spins and never pulls up the diagram. ANother site - Stens - for whom I have an account, When I click on the "Live Chat" link - https://www.stens.com/stens/my_account.ssp?fragment=transactionhistory# - it doesn't do anything.

If I restart Firefox in Safe Mode, however, both work fine. I have disabeld all of my addons and restarted; I have disabled "hardware acceleration" - which wasn't enabled to begin with - and restarted; I am already using the default theme... nothing I do short of Safe Mode works. What am I missing?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Thank you. I guess I will have to exempt those sites. I never would have thought of that. Thank you again.
