That is about one of the extensions that isn't working properly and may have to be reinstalled or disabled (removed).

The moz-extension:// protocol is used to access WebExtensions (previously the chrome: protocol was used).

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Hi, all that I find is for Mobile and for battery life. Your chip is listed as Mobile. It seems it is from the extension Image Assistant, but why would it pop that up. There have been bad apps in add-ons so suggest doing a scan but I have no idea what you are actually running and what it can run. If you can please : https://www.hitmanpro.com/

Off topic : your errors showing for your Video Card are a lot. Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family driverDate: 2-11-2011 Would suggest updating them if you can or reinstalling them.

Hi DustinClark, one of your extensions doesn't work without a separate installation. Looks like it's this one:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/image-assistant/

Mozilla doesn't evaluate the separate installation for safety, so unfortunately you need to check the reviews and research that on your own.
