Firefox Outlook link and buttons issues

I have been having an issue with Hotmail / Outlook using Firefox 64 bit on Windows 10 for the last week or so. I haven't made any changes to my computer and Firefox did update, no clue is Hotmail did.

Any time a link or button appears it's not active and in fact if you try to click anywhere on the page it jumps back to the Hotmail other view tab to the Focused, or if your in focused it just jumps around.

If you force a refresh it will now work for that one email, but click on another one and it starts all over again. This doesn't occur on IE, just firefox, so I am wondering how to fix this or what broke???
